You are standing on Nicollet Mall at 12th Street, looking north down the mall. Peavy Plaza and Orchestra Hall are on the right, out of frame. Right-center is the WCCO TV building, and behind it is the silhouette of a skyscraper. That's the IDS building, normally clearly visible but obscured by snowfall in this photo from the January 19th snowstorm.

I think the WCCO-TV building is one of the most pleasing buildings on the Nicollet Mall. Great use of rough cut limestone.
