This view is overlooking south Minneapolis from the top of the Foshay Tower. The The Whittier, Lyndale, Phillips, and Central neighborhoods are in this view. The three domes on the right belong to the convention center. In the lower-left is the roof of the American Express Operations Center. The freeway left of center is 35W.
