This view is looking southeast from the Foshay Tower, along 8th Street South. The building at center-frame is called the Metropolitan Center. The red glass building at left-center is the Lutheran Brotherhood building. The cluster of buildings in the right background belong to the West Bank area(at Cedar and Riverside Avenues). In the lower-right is a structure called the "Energy Center".
