You are looking northeast up Hennepin Avenue from 5th Street. "Pops Arcade" is on the left corner. I'm not sure who sponsored the scenic billboard above the arcade(upper-left), but it's a night skyline looking west over the Metrodome and downtown. There is a bike lane in Hennepin Ave. marked with white lines.

Dinzee Lexington, KY -- 2003-09-01
In 1958, I was driving a 1951 Dodge toward the southwest on Hennepin, and was full of beer. Just before I got to this corner, I passed out, and my vehicle hit a Minneapolis police car with three officers in it. I was jailed overnight on the 4th floor of the (then) City Hall jail. My fine was $200.00.

I used to play pinball and video
games at Pops Arcade in the 1980s.
