Farther down the mall, this shot was taken by Walter Library(which would be almost behind you). The Mall continues on towards footbridges over Washington Avenue, and terminates at Coffman Memorial Union.

Used to work for Myrtle Eklund in the Public Administration Library, basement of Walter Library, Room 109, from 1959-1962. Her cataloger was Larry Kieffer, a sage and humorous man.... we still talk occasionally.... walked Northrop Mall MUCH in those days, and enjoyed it.
