description
This is the construction of a new entertainment complex on the block known as Block E. The Target Center arena, where the Timberwolves play, is on the block behind the construction. To it's right is Butler Square, a renovated warehouse.
Just below the bottom edge of the frame is Hennepin Avenue. This picture was taken from the top of the City Center parking lot.
