you only have a glimpse of them here, but concrete barriers and obvious mounds of dirt surround this building. this apparently was an attempt to prevent a truck bombing like what occurred in oklahoma city in the 90s. this building was designed and built not long afterward. have to say it looks much better than the OK building, though!
