You are standing on the 3rd Avenue bridge looking east. On the right is a lock and dam. The Stone Arch Bridge is in the center. The smokestacks on the left belong to the U of M heating plant. On the horizon, the KSTP tower is faintly visible in the center. The Witch's Hat is a slight nub to it's right. The building right of center is the U of M's Moos Health Sciences Tower.
