You are looking north along Nicollet Mall from 5th Street in downtown Minneapolis. This building is the home of Xcel Energy, although it used to be the NSP building for decades. It was renamed after NSP merged with another company. The company paid for the ice arena in St.Paul's River Center to be named the Xcel Energy Center.
