This worker is on the structural skeleton of the UCLA Replacement Hospital, being built on Westwood Plaza and Young Drive South on the UCLA campus.
This new building is necessary because the current hospital sustained damage during the 1994 Northridge earthquake, and it doesn't meet new state seismic standards. links
