You are on 44th street facing west. This picture was taken in December of 1999. The red house is a gift shop, the turtle bread company is to the right of it.

I had gone out for coffee and saw these horses coming down 44th street. I realized the Linden Hills Christmas festival was going on. This horse-drawn wagon-ride is part of that festival. The parents and kids in the photo had just gotten off the wagon and were introducing themselves to the horse.
