This view is looking east from Orlin Avenue and Malcolm Avenue . Pratt Community Education Center is on the left. Pratt Community School recently began there, for grades K-5.
In the right background is the Witch's Hat Water Tower, a local landmark. It's not functioning as a water tower any more.
