This sidewalk is on 24th Street in front of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. The costumed character on the left is part of a festival for the opening of a new bridge which carries 3rd Avenue over interstate 94. The bridge design was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's bridge drawings.
