These are the steps in front of the grand entrance to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. This side of the complex faces 24th Street, between 3rd Avenue and Stevens Avenue. A festival celebrating the opening of the Marshall Field's bridge is going on. The women in white (right) are from the stilting group "Chicks on Sticks".
