You are looking northwest from Lake Street and Lyndale Avenue at the beginning of the Art Car Parade, part of the Greenway Parade of the Arts. The RV is sporting "Miss Richfield" on top.
This event begins on Lake Street before moving to the Midtown Greenway just one block north, where other art-related activities ensue. It is held on the 4th of July and is organized by Intermedia Arts.
