I believe these white lilies are called Black Dragon, but can't be sure. They are in the annual-perennial section of the Lyndale Park Gardens. This park is on the east side of Lake Harriet in southwest Minneapolis.

If you are looking for Black Dragon Lily's...I just recently purchased them at the Canada Blooms show in Toronto Ontario. I'm sure if you contacted someone associated with the flower show they would put you in contact with the business that were selling the bulbs.
