Hello, Just thought I'd comment that this beautifully photographed spiked flower (though similar to the appearence of Liatris) is in actuallity a yellow "Eremurus", of the Liliaceae family (also called Foxtail lilies, or Desert Candles). Eremurus would look stunning planted together with purple Liatris.
