This has got to be one of the most interesting buildings on Hennepin. A throwback to the old narrow building that once gazed upon the avenue in the 1800s. Its cast iron facade really needs to be restored. A valuable architectural gem slowly decaying because of negligent owners.

I agree with Sean Ryan. Guess the "Fabulous Brass Rail" building isn't as fabulous as it once was or could be. Sad.
