You are looking southeast at Calhoun Square on the corner of Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue. This relatively small(compared with the Dales) indoor mall has done OK in this location, from what I've read. There are signs for a few tenants on the outside. The occupancy has always been fair. At present there's restaurants, a theater(Dudley Riggs), and an art school's gallery(MCAD).
