That is actually a Boeing 747-200 not a 747-400. The 400 series has a larger upper section with double the amount of windows of the 200

Furthermore, this picture wasn't even taken at MSP Int'l Airport. The aircraft in the background belong to Southwest Airlines, which doesn't offer service to the Twin Cities.
