These two boys are near an Aeta village that's on the former grounds of Clark Air Force base in the Philippines. A wall around the base has a door for the villages to enter and leave. These two boys were standing in this doorway. Their village is down the hill from where they are. This is in a province called Pampanga, on the island of Luzon.

If you wish to help, consider donating a dollar (or ten!) to
Mountain Lodge, Baguio City,
Philippines. The McCann family
will see the money goes for food
and clothes. They rescued people
nearby when Mt. Pinatubo was
killing people with the dust from
the volcanic eruption. G*d Bless!

These children are beautiful! I love the fact that the photographer
has chosen to display people who are clearly of African descent. All human beings are beautiful in the eyes of God, but people of African descent are usually underepresented and even hidden from the rest of the world. God Bless you for displaying these beautiful children!
