I don't know the meaning of the tattoo on this boy's back, but he was working with other kids hauling something in bags. This was on the street of Manila, the Philippines.

    I think it reads, "dikong" (/DEE-kohng/) which means middle or third brother. It's a Chinese term absorbed by Filipino culture that denotes the hierarchy of siblings.
