My wife is from this area of Ilocos Norte, outside Badoc. Like many families here, she grew up on a farm. The mountains in the background are attractive, and crops can be grown year-around.

Where exactly is it? I have not gone back to Badoc since I left the Philippines in 1980. I was born and raised in Badoc, but went to Manila for college. The picture makes me homesick. Such good memories.

Chris I don't how to show you my gratitude for taking this picture. I was born and raised in philippines but most of my life I spend here. I visited once to see my relatives but looking this picture reminisce my childhood memory.

may dad said, gamatero family is from badoc ilocos norte, but we never been there... i hope we can see or visit also... god bless
