Baclaran is famous for the National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, more commonly known as the Redemptorist Church or Baclaran Church. It is a Roman Catholic parish that houses the image of the Virgin Mary known as “Ina ng Laging Saklolo” (Our Lady of Perpetual Help). Aside from clothes and home decors, the area surrounding the church sells various religious articles such as candles, rosaries and prayer books. This picture shows a framed image of the Virgin on the lower part, and a variety of replicas of the “Sto. Nino”(The Child Jesus)on display.
