These substandard houses situated along a river in Bacoor, Cavite, are precariously supported by stilts. The government has yet to resolve this type of housing problem in several areas in the Philippines, particularly in Luzon where there is a higher concentration of population per square area compared to the two other major islands of Visayas and Mindanao.

HOW CAN THE GOVERNMENT SOLVE THE
HOUSING PROBLEM AND THE PROBLEM OF
THE POOR BECOMING POORER AND THE
RICH BECOMING RICHER, WHEN THEY
CANNOT EVEN RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OF
THE GOVERNMENT BEING CORRUPT!!!!

I think everybody needs to start being responsible;starting of with good family planning, that way they could provide more for their family and would have more time to look for a decent job; it doesn't matter low- or high paying job; rather than putting all the blame to the gov't; which it's no longer the gov'ts fault. BE RESPONSIBLE AND START NOW!!

this type of living you can tell it is the problem of the govt. alone. remember this politicians they are responsible for this type of living condition they got to have an eye to see all of this burden, instead they are blinded with greeds and misdeeds and live for themselves so he has to go to the motion of everyday living.
Remember when moses in the bible took care of his own people he didn't need nobody but God's order to take his people in the promise land.so be God fearing person for the judgement is coming.

The problem really lies on, first presence of crocodiles in the government of the our beloved philippines. second we have laws though some are ratten, broken and most of all our government have no guts and wellingness to emplement them fully.
