You are looking east from the Foshay Tower observation deck. At center frame is the West Bank, where several high-rise apartment buildings are visible. 8th street is on on the lower-right. At the bottom-center of the picture, part of Hennepin County Medical Center is visible, mostly obscured by Centre Village.
