You are looking south from the Foshay Tower observation deck. The main entrance to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts is just above and to the left of center-frame. The street at the lower-left is 3rd Avenue. The dome at the lower-right belongs to the Minneapolis Convention Center. An addition is being built at the bottom of the picture.
