You are on the rear balcony of the Weisman Art Museum at the University of Minnesota. This view is looking west over the Washington Avenue Bridge towards the West Bank and the downtown skyline. The white roof of the Metrodome is visible at center frame. The steel at the lower left is part of the Weisman's shiny skin.
