You are looking west at the downtown skyline from Washington Avenue. The east side of the Washington Avenue Bridge is at center frame. The white roof of the Metrodome is just above it.

The bus entering the bridge is a campus shuttle. They carry students between the Minneapolis and St.Paul campuses, as well as across the river.
