You are looking east from West River Parkway near the 10th Avenue Bridge. The University of Minnesota heating plant is on the left(it has three smokestacks, which are visible from Dinkytown). On the right is the railroad bridge that's been converted to pedestrian use, now called the Dinkytown Bikeway Connection.
