This category of images contains student drawings from Basic and figure drawing classes I took at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), beginning in 1986. Judith Roode was my instructor.

They are all in pencil and charcoal, pencil being used for "contour" (line) drawings and charcoal for value drawings. The basic drawing class studied still-life, and the figure drawing class used live models.
