This is the UCLA Medical Center. The enclosed grass field in the foreground is called the CHS Plaza. The PCHS parking ramp is behind you (and also underneath this plaza).
This is on the south side of the UCLA campus, just north of Westwood Village. "CHS" stands for Center for Health Sciences. The Jules Stein building is on the far left.
