City Center is located between Hennepin and Nicollet and 6th and 7th streets. This is the main atrium, there are anchor stores behind you. It opened in the 1980s, and has been popular with teens. Several anchor tenants have come and gone(Donaldson's, Carson Perie Scott). Filene's Basement and Office depot are there now, but there are some empty storefronts in the area pictured. There is a food court on this level to the left, and skyways(one level down) connect to Dayton's, Gaviidae, and the Plymouth Building.
