You are standing on 5th Street South and looking across 3rd Avenue South at the Government Center. This building is made up of two towers. The center atrium can be seen behind the long, vertical window. A sliver of the new Lutheran Brotherhood building can be seen on the far left.

About 20 years ago I visited this building as a foreign exchange student. Took a class there called "Youth in persuit of justice". Still looks the same.Maybe I make it again sometimes. Maybe someone will remember the guy from Germany "Class of 1980 in North-High"
