These are secluded residential neighborhoods, northeast of Lake of the Isles and Cedar Lake. They are filled with old mansions from when the city was smaller, and this represented the suburbs. It is quiet due to an absence of through-traffic; the area is blocked off on the north by freeway or railroads, and the west by Cedar Lake.
