Lake Harriet is south of
Lakewood
Cemetery and southeast of
Lake Calhoun.
It is just under three miles around, and
like the other lakes, is
surrounded by walking and bike paths.
It's part of the Minneapolis Park system and
while it's not connected to Lake Calhoun, it
does connect to
Minnehaha creek (on the southeast).
It has many large, attractive homes on
the parkway surrounding it.
