You are on the south side of Minnehaha Creek facing northeast. The creek isn't visible, but the path crosses it using the footbridge in center frame.
Behind that, in the background, is a stairway leading up to street level. It meets Minnehaha Parkway, which runs next to the creek from Lake Harriet to the Minnehaha Park.
This stretch of the creek turns and has steep banks. This is probably near Minnehaha Parkway and Emerson Avenue South.

I grew up VERY near here. Fremont Ave south...just off Minnehaha Pkwy. I agree with the other poster- it is nice to be able to see my childhood haunts so clearly again. Thanks!
