This is Harriet Island Regional Park viewed from Kellogg Blvd., on the other side of the Mississippi River. Just left of center frame is the Harriet Island Pavilion.
Harriet Island is no longer an island. It joins with the south bank of the Mississippi River. This is the new home of the Minnesota Centennial Showboat.
