This view is from West River Parkway, or the downtown side of the river. This view is from near the new Guthrie Theater and the Gold Medal Flour elevator. The Mill City Museum is nearby, and the Mill Ruins Park is at the lower-right corner. The trailer is a mobile exhibit belonging to the Walker Art Center.
