This is Old Main Street in Southeast Minneapolis, near 3rd Avenue SE. At the upper-left is the "Pillsbury's Best Flour" sign, on top of a Pillsbury mill. The event going on is the "Art of Classic Cars" car show and the Stone Arch Festival of the Arts. It's held each year on Father's Day weekend.
