You are on East Hennepin Avenue looking north from University Avenue. The building at center is home to the Times Bar and Cafe; "Jitters" cafe/restaurant is in the basement. Both of these restaurants were on the 1000 block of Nicollet Mall before forced to move for a new Target headquarters.
